Your Hoy Entreno running workouts, straight on your watch. Hoy Entreno builds your running plan (and, if you like, your strength plan too) around your goal, your days and your race time: easy runs, intervals, long runs and deload weeks, with paces worked out from your reference time. This app brings those sessions to your watch so you run them with the watch's own workout player. WHAT IT DOES - Downloads this week's workouts: warm-up, intervals with their target pace, recoveries and cool-down. - Shows the list (up to 5: today's and the coming days' and, if there's room, the last few days', so you can catch up) and each workout's summary: steps, distances, paces and estimated time. Workouts you've done are marked, and opening one shows what you ran: distance against the plan, time, average pace and effort. - Press START and the workout opens in the watch's native workout player, with alerts when you're off pace. - Works without your phone: sync at home and head out with just the watch. - If you change your plan on the web (move or skip a session), the watch downloads the new version. - If you allow it, sends a summary of what you run (date, distance, duration and, if you started it from the app, which plan session it was, which is then marked as done) to your diary. Your runs arrive on their own when the watch syncs with your phone, without opening the app. WHAT YOU NEED - IMPORTANT: the app is free, but it needs a Hoy Entreno account on the paid Pro plan with the running plan turned on. Pro costs EUR 4.99 per month or EUR 49.99 per year (VAT included), is purchased at hoy-entreno.app (not through Garmin), renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime from Settings. Payment and cancellation terms: hoy-entreno.app/legal/terminos. - The Garmin Connect app on your phone, paired with the watch, to sync. - A watch that supports downloaded workouts (the Forerunner, fenix, epix, Enduro, Venu, vivoactive and Instinct AMOLED models in the device list). GETTING STARTED 1. Open the app on your watch: it shows an 8-character code. 2. On hoy-entreno.app go to Settings / Devices, type the code and allow syncing. 3. The watch links in seconds and downloads your workouts. No account? On the code screen press MENU / Try demo to try the app with three sample workouts. First public release. The list shows how syncing is going (runs not uploaded yet, offline, or when it last updated), and the session you ran that hasn't uploaded yet is marked. Errors explain what to do and can be retried from the same screen. Unlinking the watch asks for confirmation. More stable when opening the app after updating.
