Each can show weather, notifications, altitude, pressure, heart rate, steps, battery, calories, floors, active minutes, sunrise, sunset, digital time, humidity, or nothing. The notification count sits inside the bell, and small steps and battery readings remain at the bottom. The sun marker follows the interval from sunrise to sunset when Garmin provides the times. Five themes are included: Parchment, Midnight Chart, Bluewater with a white map, Copperplate, and Ice Survey. A sparse always-on view keeps the hands, hour anchors, sun arc, and a subtle chart outline visible while the watch sleeps. BACKGROUND AND DATA OPTIONS Choose a theme manually, or select Auto: sunrise / sunset to use Parchment by day and Midnight Chart at night. When solar times are unavailable, day is 06:00–18:00 local time. Digital time is available in the top left, top right, middle left and middle right data areas, using your watch’s 12/24-hour format. Humidity is available in all four data areas. It shows relative humidity (0–100%) from the watch’s current weather data, even without a Weather box. Missing readings show --; readings over two hours old show a stale label and --. COMPASS RING Fixed north is the default. Optional System heading rotates the outer cardinal letters and pointers while the face is awake. The watch controls heading availability: updates may pause or use cached data. The face cannot activate the compass sensor. Without a heading, the ring returns to fixed north. This is not a navigation instrument. ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY (AOD) Enable Always On in your watch’s Display settings. Chart Room follows the watch setting. Sleep mode and battery saver may turn the screen off. Always-on help is the first item in Chart Room’s settings. GOOD TO KNOW - Weather, health, altitude, pressure, and solar data depend on your watch and Garmin data availability.
