LLume helps athletes and coaches capture respiratory training sessions, review workout data, and track progress over time. Connect your LLume sensor to record sessions, monitor breathing performance, review reports, and manage training settings from one place. Operation. 1. Open the ride screen on your Garmin Edge. 2. Launch the LLume phone app and calibrate your LLume device normally. 3. Once you begin an exercise in the LLume app metrics will display as calculated. 4. You can turn off your phone screen during a ride as long as a workout is started in LLume and a ride is active in Garmin. 5. Once your ride is completed and synchronized to your phone you can see LLume metrics in your Garmin Connect workout under Charts. 6. You can share your Garmin connect workouts to other services and see our metrics there. First time install and setup. 1. On your phone download and log in to both the Garmin Connect app and this Garmin IQ Store app. 2. Turn on your Garmin device and connect it to your phone in the Garmin Connect app. 3. In the Garmin IQ Store app (this listing) download this data field. 4. On your Garmin device add our data field to your ride screen. - The font size will change with the size of the field it is placed in. - You can change which metrics are visible by navigating to the settings for the Data Field in the Garmin IQ Store app - Device - My Data Fields - LLume - Settings. 5. In the LLume app from the home screen navigate to Settings - Data Sharing. Toggle on "Publish to Garmin" to share metrics to the connected Garmin device. Troubleshooting. - "Phone disconnected, Check Bluetooth pairing" The phone is not paired, ensure Garmin Connect is running on the phone and shows your device as connected. On the Garmin device drag down from the top of the screen and verify the correct phone is connected. - "Phone not synchronized, Open Garmin Connect app" The phone is connected via Bluetooth but Garmin Connect has not synchronized. This usually occurs for only a few seconds while a connection is being established. If it persists, close and relaunch the Garmin Connect app and check the device is connected in the top left and has been synchronized. - "Request Timeout, Start LLume App" The LLume app takes about ~15 seconds to connect to Garmin. If this persists close and reopen the LLume app. Ensure the LLume app has enabled "Publish to Garmin" under Settings - Data Sharing. If your Garmin device is not the Edge 40 series or above (~2022) it may not support real time synchronization and will only update in the background once every 5 minutes. - "BLE Error, Check Phone" No phone is paired with this device. In the Garmin Connect app go to Garmin Devices - Add Device and follow the instructions to pair your device.
