BAC = (volume × ABV × 0.789) / (weight × r) − β × time • Weight and gender are read automatically from your Garmin profile • r = 0.68 for men, 0.55 for women (Seidl distribution coefficient) • β = 0.15‰/hr — elimination rate (standard value) • "With food" flag slows absorption from 30 to 90 minutes • Activity bonus — vigorous exercise slightly speeds up elimination Yellow "!" on the main screen = incomplete Garmin Connect profile. Fill in weight and gender for accurate results. ⭐ INTOXICATION STAGES ⭐ Based on the Dubovsky scale (forensic medicine standard): • Green — 0–0.3‰ — Sober • Yellow — 0.3–0.9‰ — Euphoria • Orange — 0.9–1.8‰ — Excitement • Red-orange — 1.8–2.5‰ — Confusion • Red — 2.5–3.5‰ — Stupor • Dark red — 3.5‰ and above — Coma ⭐ DRINK BUTTONS ⭐ • Beer light (500 ml, 4.5%), Beer strong (500 ml, 7%), Wine (150 ml, 12%), Champagne (150 ml, 11%), Vodka (50 ml, 40%), Whiskey (50 ml, 40%), Cocktail (200 ml, 15%), Custom (manual input) • Configure volume, ABV, color and name via Garmin Connect on your phone • Hide unused buttons — remaining buttons grow larger automatically ⭐ NOTIFICATIONS ⭐ • Wrist notification when BAC drops to the next lower stage • Shows stage name and "Sober in H:MM" • Configurable active hours window (e.g. 20:00–10:00) ⭐ PRIVACY ⭐ All data stays on the watch.
