Turn self-improvement into a real-world progression system. The System transforms your Garmin watch into an RPG-inspired fitness and personal-development companion. Complete Daily Quests, improve your abilities, unlock Skills, conquer Dungeons, and level up through consistent real-world effort. IMPORTANT — WORKOUT SETUP The System uses Garmin’s native workout system for physical training. Physical workouts are not installed by the app. In Garmin Connect: More → Training & Planning → Workouts → Create a Workout Create each workout however you prefer, save it using the exact name below, then choose Send to Device. Required workout names: Monday Strength Tuesday Strength Wednesday Core Thursday Strength Friday Strength Saturday Yoga Sunday Yoga System Run System Walk System Bike System Swim The exercises inside the Strength and Yoga workouts are up to you. The System only requires the correct workout name. For System Run, Walk, Bike, and Swim, an open-ended workout works well because The System provides the prescribed target. After syncing the workouts to your watch, selecting System Workout, Run, or Walk launches the corresponding Garmin workout. If the required workout is missing, The System displays "Create in Garmin Connect". BUILD YOUR CHARACTER Progress through five abilities: Strength — complete prescribed strength workouts Agility — complete prescribed runs Vitality — complete both weekend Yoga sessions Perception — improve through overnight recovery Intelligence — gained through Reading/Writing and Arts Practice Strength, Agility, Vitality, and Perception are capped at 2× Level. DAILY QUESTS Complete your workout, prescribed cardio, and reading objective each day to earn XP and maintain your streak. Running is prescribed Monday–Saturday. Sunday uses walking. READING & ARTS Reading/Writing and Arts Practice are tracked directly inside The System. Every 50 combined hours increases Intelligence. DUNGEONS & SKILLS Unlock Skills naturally through training and consistency. Every five levels unlocks a one-time Dungeon challenge with major rewards. The System is built to tell you what to do next — not just record what you already did. Train. Read. Improve. Level Up. The System is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin.
