You can set custom goals and ranges for many metrics, since not all have built-in targets that the watch face can read. Determine your own goals for metrics such as Max HR, calories, distance, ascent, recovery time, battery days, and notifications. For metrics like resting heart rate, respiration rate, VO2 Max, altitude, and barometric pressure, you can specify both low and high range points to see meaningful movement in the rings.
