Description

Your fasting window on your wrist, with the 7 metabolic zones that tell you what your body is actually doing. Start a fast with one press. The ring fills as you go, and the colour changes as you move through each zone — Fed State, Early Fast, Glycogen Burning, Metabolic Switch, Fat Burning, Autophagy and Deep Renewal. - Start, end and adjust a fast entirely on the watch - 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, 24h, 36h or a custom length up to 7 days - Live ring with elapsed time, current zone and time left to goal - Edit the start time if you forgot to press start - Your fast survives closing the app — it keeps counting WORKS ON ITS OWN You do not need a phone to use the timer. Everything above runs on the watch. SYNC WITH THE HEALTHYFAST PHONE APP (REQUIRES PREMIUM) If you use HealthyFast on your phone, the watch and the phone keep the same fast in sync — start on one, see it on the other. Your fasting history, meals, strength training, weight and Health Connect / Apple Health sync all live in the phone app. Two-way sync between this watch app and HealthyFast on your phone requires a HealthyFast Premium subscription, and the Garmin Connect app must be installed. The watch timer itself stays free either way. Because Connect IQ has no background channel, sync happens when both apps are open — open the watch app, or use "Sync with phone" in its menu, and the two agree on the most recent change. HealthyFast for phone: available on Google Play and the App Store.
