Description
Task Link is a todo and task list app for Garmin watches. View and manage tasks from Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, TickTick, Toodledo, Nextcloud, ownCloud Server, Radicale, Baïkal, SOGo, DAViCal, EGroupware, Synology Calendar, Kopano, Cyrus IMAP, SmarterMail, fruux, mailbox.org, and other CalDAV servers. Create and edit supported tasks, complete or reopen todos, and sync offline changes when you reconnect. Check what is next and stay organized wherever the day takes you.
Pairing takes only a minute. Open Task Link on your watch, visit wchapps.com/pair, and enter the temporary 8-character code. Then connect your preferred task services through the WCH Apps portal.
Why you’ll love Task Link:
- See what matters now: Browse projects, lists, sections, filters, and smart views such as Todoist Inbox, Today, and Upcoming.
- Stay productive offline: Recently visited lists remain available without your phone, and supported task changes sync automatically when you reconnect.
- Keep everything familiar: Task Link preserves provider-native ordering, sections, due information, and emojis in task and list names.
- Act from your wrist: Create, edit, complete, reopen, or delete tasks without interrupting what you are doing.
- Handle lists faster: Complete or reopen all currently loaded tasks and load more whenever needed.
- Bring your services together: Access multiple task providers from one focused watch app.
- Make it yours: Adjust the text size and accent color for a comfortable experience on your watch.
Available views and task details vary by provider.
Try Task Link free with the Starter plan. Get all features unlocked for 14 days. Each WCH App has its own one-time trial, which starts when you install and pair the app. Get WCH Apps Premium to keep Task Link fully unlocked and access all other WCH Apps. Explore plans at https://wchapps.com/app/plans
A WCH Apps account and supported Garmin watch are required. Online features use your watch’s connection through its paired phone. Provider authorization tokens are securely managed by WCH Apps and are not stored in the Garmin watch app.
Task Link is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Todoist, Google, Microsoft, TickTick, or Toodledo.
