Description

IMPORTANT: Requires the Gravl phone app version 1.48 or later, rolling out in early July 2026. If your watch isn't connecting yet, the phone update that enables it hasn't reached you. Update to v1.48+ once available and try again. Setup guide: https://gravl.ai/help/gravl-on-your-garmin-watch#before-you-start Take your Gravl workout to your wrist. Gravl builds you a personalized, algorithm-driven strength workout; this watch app lets you run it from your Garmin without reaching for your phone. • Your workout, live on your wrist: start on the Gravl phone app and your current set appears instantly on the watch • See what's next at a glance: exercise, sets, reps, weight, and set type (warmup, drop set, superset) • Check off sets from the watch — your rest timer starts automatically and counts down on your wrist • Track as you train: workout duration, live heart rate, and calories • Pause or discard right from the watch — everything stays in sync with your phone • Heart rate and calories are recorded to Gravl and count toward your Strength Score, and your workout is marked as recorded on Garmin REQUIRES THE GRAVL PHONE APP This app is a companion to Gravl: Personal Trainer for iOS and Android. Install Gravl on your phone, create your account, and pair your watch through Garmin Connect. Your workout plan, exercise videos, progress tracking, and coach support live in the phone app. Full setup and troubleshooting: https://gravl.ai/help/gravl-on-your-garmin-watch Get Gravl: iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/personal-trainer-gravl/id6450921637 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.liteup.getgains
