If FIT file writing is enable all of these are saved in the summary and a number are plotted over time. The metrics include RMSSD(HRV), Ln(RMSSD), SDSD, SDNN and so on. New features in 0.5.0 release include Ectopic beat detection, new stats and a live interval plot. There's also a beat graph showing interval variation.
