Description

Simply datafield for rowing machines with support the FiTness Machine Service protocol better known as FTMS, the latest Bluetooth Low Energy BLE standard used to control fitness equipment. Collects data on speed, distance, power, battery charge and writes this to a .fit-file. The datafield does not need any additional configuration, just add it to your activity screen and it should automatically connect to your rowing machine. Normal operation at any rowing machine is not guaranteed, is provided as is and the author disclaims all warranties. Tested and guaranteed to work only with open source ArduRower project https://github.com/zpukr/ArduRower which simulates the work of the original WaterRower S4 equipped with a bluetooth comm module (not work with WaterRower SmartRow!) You can find lots of tutorials on YouTube how to install datafields on Garmin watches, at sample this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXjTYmF91g0 Let us know if the datafield works with your rower, please! The data field is free, but if you want to thank me and support the project, you can donate here: https://www.privat24.ua/send/iichi
