Description
Do one good deed every day, or as many as you’d like - it’s easier than ever to do so. The world is drowning in trash: plastic bags, cigarette butts, and other carelessly discarded items are lying around almost everywhere.
Nature suffers as a result, and animals die from swallowing pieces of plastic or getting tangled in nets.
Picking up trash isn’t just good for the environment - it also boosts your well-being. “Plogging”, the practice of picking up trash while hiking or jogging, has also become popular.
This app motivates you to be more mindful of the environment, to pick up trash whenever you have the chance, and to dispose of it in trash cans or recycling bins.
Easily track the amount of trash you’ve collected with this app. The weekly and monthly totals show you just how many good deeds you’ve accomplished. The total number over the years is also displayed. You use this to feed a trash monster (starting with an egg). The more trash you collect, the bigger the trash monster gets. After 5 levels, it reaches full size.
50% of the price you pay for this app is donated to Wilderness International (en.wilderness-international.org) to help preserve the rainforest.
If you like the app, I'd really appreciate a positive review. That way, as many people as possible will be aware of it and help keep trash out of the environment every now and then.
What is new
Version 1.1: Total number accumulated over the years. The more trash that was collected, the bigger the garbage monster gets.
Version 1.2: Up to 10,000 entries can be stored in the history.
Version 1.3: Multiple days within a single day are combined. If you collect at least 100 pieces of trash in a single day, you'll earn a star in your history.
