Description

Sit-Up challenges! Track your progress and compete with friends. Default leaderboard can be changed from the global leaderboard to an unlisted leaderboard group you share with your friends. See who the leader is for the week, month, and year! Check your log to see your progress over time. Check your leaderboard on your phone or computer. Configure your sit-up form and watch wrist in the settings. At the end of a session, adjusting the total will tune the detection algorithm to improve the next session's sit-up detection. Reminders can be configured to help remember to do your reps for the day and can be configured to continue until the daily goal is met. Streaks to help motivate you to keep hitting those goals! Edit the group challenge name either on the phone ConnectIQ app or on the watch. On the watch, to reset the group name more quickly on touch screen watches, tap on the group name. To use: 1. Open the widget or app. 2. If this is your first time, open the Settings menu and choose your sit-up form and watch wrist. 3. Choose "Start Session!" 4. Do sit-ups! 5. Press the Start/Stop button * You can adjust the count +/- reps if the count is wrong by tapping/selecting the + or - buttons on the right and left of the total count. This will tune the rep detection algorithm for future sesssions. 6. Press the down arrow and then Start/Stop to save the session. 7. Open the Sit-Up Log to review your totals for the week and suggested reps for the current day. 8. Press up/down from the review page to cycle through the last 7 days, last 52 weeks, and years. 9. Open the Leaderboard page and press up/down to cycle through the various leaderboard timeframes. 10. The Settings page allows configuration of your sit-up form, the leaderboard to use, the initials to use, etc. * The leaderboard default is the "Global" leaderboard. If you wish to create your own leaderboard group, choose a name and enter this on the leaderboard setting either in the ConnectIQ app or on the watch app. Then share this name with your friends you want competing in the same group. Only people using the same leaderboard name will be listed in this leaderboard list.
