Your metrics flow around the dial, with the position of each indicating how far along it is toward its goal. At the center, you'll find the time, date, and weather, all displayed clearly. Surrounding this are other metrics that travel around the bezel, starting from the top and moving clockwise as they fill, returning to the top once they reach 100%. A glance serves as a visual clock for your day—steps increase throughout the morning, calories follow, and the watch battery drains. PICK ANY TEN OF TWENTY-TWO You can choose from the following metrics: Heart Rate, Steps, Body Battery, Stress, Pulse Ox, Calories, Floors Climbed, Distance, Watch Battery, Intensity Minutes, Respiration Rate, Recovery Time, Move Bar, Active Minutes Today, Ascent Today, Altitude, Barometric Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, VO2 Max, Battery Days, Notifications, and Daylight Remaining. You have ten slots to fill, each one a drop-down option. You can fill them all or leave as many empty as you prefer. Refer to the legend image for the meanings of each icon. NOTHING EVER OVERLAPS Each readout is the same size, and the dial continuously adjusts its layout so that nothing overlaps with a neighbor or obscures the time, date, and weather. No matter which ten metrics you choose or how long the numbers run, everything remains clear. The limit is ten by design. Adding an eleventh would cause overlap, so the slots are capped there to maintain a clean layout. QUIET UNTIL IT HAS SOMETHING TO SAY Any metric without a reading yet, or a goal metric that is still at zero, remains off the dial until it has something to report. Mornings will appear calm, while evenings will look full. YOUR GOALS OR YOUR RANGES You can set your own targets for Max Heart Rate, calories, distance, steps, floors, intensity, and ascent, or follow the goals your watch already tracks. Metrics without specific goals will show a low/high band instead, indicating where the reading falls within that range. This applies to Respiration Rate, Resting Heart Rate, VO2 Max, Altitude, and Barometric Pressure. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from eight themes that will recolor everything at once: Default, Vibrant, Sunset, Ocean, Mono, Pastel, Neon 80s, and Military. Alternatively, you can assign any individual slot one of 39 colors while leaving the rest to the theme. You can also select a unique accent color for the time, date, and weather. BUILT FOR ALL-DAY WEAR The device features always-on support with a dimmed, burn-in-safe layout on AMOLED displays, as well as per-second updates on MIP. Settings can be configured through Garmin Connect Mobile after installation. All readings are taken and displayed directly on the watch—none of your data leaves the device.
