Description

Cost - $1.99 + local taxes. SPECIAL OFFER: Get a one-time lifetime licence for ALL my paid apps and watchfaces as part of a bundle - http://tiny.cc/dcbdsz This clock displays a themed image ONLY ON THE DAY of the major holidays, plus any other events you wish to celebrate - just add them in the settings. The themed holidays are Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Halloween, Remembrance Day, (Poppy Day, Veteran's Day), Mother's Day UK, Mother's Day US, Father's Day, St Patrick's Day and April Fools Day! It also automatically displays the birthday theme on your own birthday!! This is based on the day your age changes in your profile, but please note - because we don't have access to your date of birth, if you install this watchface on your birthday it won't notice the change and you'll only get the theme on your next birthday! But you CAN add it to your settings if you want to see what it looks like. On the left shows important health information: steps, heart rate, calories, distance, minutes and floors climbed (except Forerunner 735xt and Approach S60, which shows battery level). The distance displays miles or km based on user profile. The top of the display shows time, date and weather and battery level. On the right shows the appropriate holiday icon, and on other days it shows a male or female icon besed on your profile. The bluetooth icon below appears when connected and disappears when disconnected. It is necessary to add your personal goals in the settings menu as it is not possible to get these from your profile. The steps and floors climbed goal are taken from your profile. Features:- - Add up to 2 custom birthdays and 3 celebrations with a custom greeting in the settings. - Choose in the settings whether you live in the UK or the US, so you can get the correct Mother's Day theme at the right time. For other countries, Mother's Day in the UK is in March while in the US it's in May. - Configurable background and foreground colour (when there's no set theme only). Seconds upon wake or gesture. - Configurable daily goals for heart rate, calories, distance (in km/miles) and active minutes. Weather: - Provided by OpenWeatherMap. Only 2 weather updates per day, so option to enter your own weather API key for more frequent updates. Choice of temp unit in settings - C or F. Please note that the weather is retrieved using your location, which is taken from your last activity. In order to get the weather you must first obtain a GPS lock by opening any activity that uses GPS such as walk or run (no need to start it, just wait for the GPS to show "Ready" then exit). After this, you will need to wait up to 15 minutes (the weather update frequency) to see the weather displayed properly on your watch. If you move to a different place, you will need to obtain a GPS lock again using the above steps. If you have any issues, PLEASE visit, and carefully read, my FAQ page first (https://www.bvdesigns.info/faq) and follow the advice and instructions given before using the "Contact Developer" link - most of the answers to your questions should be there. If contact is made first and the answer is already there, you will be referred back to the FAQ page. Your co-operation on this would be most greatly appreciated. https://www.bvdesigns.info/garmin **Note on colours: Due to the display technology, some of the Garmin system colours may look muted on actual devices. You will not be able to see things on your device as they are on a computer, due to different technologies for the Garmin watch display, and different monitors on the computer which host the simulator.** Images from flaticon.com
