A retro seven segment LCD watch face, rebuilt digital for your Garmin. Seven accent colours and four data slots you choose. Grid draws a true seven segment display. Every digit is built from segments, and the unlit ones stay faintly visible, ghosted behind the lit ones the way they are on a real LCD, so the time reads like an 80s digital watch rather than a font on a screen. A small seconds register sits beside the minutes like a chronograph sub-dial, counting live, and a minute ring fills around the outside as the hour runs down. If you wore a 1980s LCD watch as a kid, this is that watch with a Garmin behind it: the same eighties display, drawn properly, with your data in it. Thin strokes, no large lit areas, and the display shifts slightly every minute to look after AMOLED screens. What is new

1.1 Accent colour and data fields are now yours to set. COLOUR Pick the accent from orange, cyan, green, amber, red, white or magenta. It carries the hours, the tick ring and the date rule. DATA FIELDS Each of the four slots along the bottom can show steps, distance, calories, battery, floors climbed, active minutes, heart rate, temperature, respiration, or nothing at all. SECONDS The seconds counter beside the minutes can be switched off. Set them in the Connect IQ app, Garmin Connect or Garmin Express. 1.1.1 Set the colour and the data fields on the watch itself. Open the watch face menu on your Garmin, pick Grid, and everything is there: accent colour, the four data slots and the seconds counter. No phone needed. The Connect IQ app still works the same way if you prefer it. 1.2 New in this update 21 data options for the four slots, up from 9. New: Body Battery, Stress, Recovery time, VO2 max, Resting heart rate, Pulse Ox, Intensity minutes today, Altitude, Sunrise / sunset, Notifications and Step goal %. A new always-on screen on AMOLED watches: the date and your four chosen values sit alongside the time, with the hours in your accent colour. Switch it off in settings if you prefer just the time. Distance now follows your watch's units, miles or kilometres. Fixed: on memory in pixel screens the face could show only an outline of the time for long stretches instead of the full face. Everything can be changed on the watch itself from the Watch Face menu, as well as in the Connect IQ app. 1.2.3 New in this update • Rebuilt for Instinct and other small black and white screens: hours and labels now show, readouts fit on one line, and the round window in the corner shows your top-right readout.
