Popis

MyBodyAI on your Garmin watch. Your daily readiness and the reasons behind it, on your wrist. Built on published sleep, recovery and training research, not on one vendor's black box. - Readiness with its drivers, in points: how many points recovery, sleep, energy, stress and training load add to or take away from a neutral 50, so you see why today is a 74 and not only that it is. - Energy map: your energy curve for the day, with the best training window and a live "now" marker. - Sleep debt in hours from a 30 day cumulative model, the last 7 days, and what it costs your readiness. - Body status and your health indices, each with a plain language explanation right on the watch. - Biological age against your real age, as a radar across six areas: heart, nervous system, sleep, body composition, activity and VO2max. - Glance: readiness and its strongest driver without opening the app. - Missing data is shown as missing. No invented numbers. Sources: connect Garmin directly to your MyBodyAI account (works with iPhone and Android), use the MyBodyAI Android app, which reads what Garmin Connect writes to Health Connect, or upload a Garmin export. You can also connect Fitbit or Pixel Watch through Google Health, Polar, Withings, COROS or an Oura ring. The watch shows your finished scores. Besides that it sends your daily stress readings, your Body Battery curve and Garmin's recovery time to your account, plus its app version and how its background sync went. Nothing else: no continuous heart rate, no location, no activity files. Unpair and it stops. Setup: create an account at aiclysm.com/mybodyai, connect a source, generate a pairing code in Settings and paste it into the app settings in Garmin Connect. English and Czech, switchable on the watch. It refreshes whenever you open it, and in the background every two hours, also when the app is closed. Change that interval between 15 and 120 minutes, or switch it off, on the watch or in Garmin Connect. 7 day trial, no card. Without Premium the free tier keeps today's Body Status; readiness, the energy map, sleep debt, indices and biological age need Premium. The MyBodyAI Android app is on Google Play.

Čo je nové

Version 2.26 The readiness breakdown on the main screen and on the Drivers screen now shows points, the same as the phone app: how many points each signal adds or takes away from a neutral 50. The biological age radar has six spokes, matching the six areas in the app.
