Popis

Stepwise counts the steps you take in everyday life and leaves your runs and other workouts out. Every five minutes it looks at how many steps you took and at your heart rate. Fast cadence with a raised heart rate counts as a workout, the rest counts as life. When you open the app, activities you recorded on the watch are taken out too. From your own hourly pattern for each weekday it forecasts whether you will still reach today's goal before bedtime, with a chance in percent and the steps per hour you need. The daily goal can adapt by itself: the median of your last 14 days plus 5 %, never below a minimum you choose. WHAT IT DOES - Lifestyle steps and workout steps per day, split into 24 hourly bars - Forecast: steps to go, what you usually still walk before bedtime, chance of reaching the goal - Adaptive goal (median of 14 days + 5 %) or a fixed goal, with a minimum - Week and month view with what you still need per day, goal days and a streak with your best - Optional step credit: cycling, swimming, rowing and paddling minutes count as steps (100 per minute, adjustable) - Adjustable workout rule: cadence threshold, heart-rate zone, cadence and/or heart rate, or recorded activities only - Recorded walks can count as life or as workout - Glance with today's lifestyle steps, goal bar and streak, five languages WHAT IT NEEDS - A watch with step counting and wrist heart rate; heart-rate zones come from your Garmin profile - The app runs a short background check every five minutes; open it now and then to take out recorded activities - The split is an estimate from five-minute blocks, not an official Garmin step count
