StrideCast makes it easy to sync specific podcast episodes to supported Garmin music watches.
Pick episodes from any web browser. Start Wi-Fi sync on your watch. Then begin your run.
* Subscribe to podcast RSS feeds.
* Upload personal audio files or mixes.
* Queue only the episodes you want.
* Download selected audio directly over Wi-Fi.
* Resume from your saved position.
* Sync playback progress with the server.
* Remove completed episodes automatically.

What’s new
See how much listening time is on your watch: the episode menu now starts with a line like “52 min ready – 4 episodes on watch”, so you can tell whether it’s enough for your run.
The total counts only what you haven’t heard yet. Episodes you’ve partly played count just the time left.
When you sync from inside the app, a short pop-up shows the new total when the sync finishes (on newer watches).
