Real-time Garmin-Native workout companion for the Rack iOS app. See your current exercise, set count, rest timer, and workout progress directly on your Garmin watch. FEATURES • Remembers the weight you lifted last time - Every set starts pre-filled with last session's weight, on the watch and the phone • Real-Time Sync - Your watch displays the current exercise, set number, and target weight/reps as you progress through your workout on your phone. No phone-glancing during heavy sets. • Rest Timer - Countdown timer appears on your wrist between sets. Know exactly when it's time to go again. • Hot-Swap - Change exercises mid-workout on your phone and your watch updates instantly. No restarting the activity. When the squat rack is taken, just swap and keep going. • DataBuffer & Offline workouts - Train without your phone nearby. Your watch records sets directly and syncs everything back when you reconnect. Perfect for basement gyms or leaving your phone in the locker. • Heart Rate Zones - Live BPM and zone display during your workout. Tracks time in each zone for your session summary. • PR Detection - Hit a personal record and your watch celebrates it instantly. • FIT Recording - Your strength workout is recorded as a native Garmin activity with per-exercise breakdown, so it counts toward Training Load, Training Effect, and Training Readiness.
